Sensory and quiet rooms

Quiet rooms, also known as sensory rooms or calm spaces, are specially designed areas that offer a controlled sensory environment for individuals with autism, ADHD, or other forms of neurodiversity.

These inclusive rooms can be equipped with various sensory tools and materials, such as soft lighting, comfortable seating, and sensory toys, to create a soothing atmosphere. This is important to help guests decompress and regulate their senses.

Your event manager can help you incorporate a quiet room into your event footprint during the planning process, providing advice on the prime location and how to set up the room for delegates.

Multi-faith prayer rooms

A quiet space for prayer and quiet contemplation is an important measure for event inclusivity.

Your event manager can advise you on how best to incorporate these spaces into your event footprint, including advice on location so provide maximum calm and quiet for users.
