The ACC Liverpool Group Accessibility Strategy

At ACC Liverpool, we are continually working behind the scenes to increase the accessibility and usability of our venues to make sure that every visit to our campus is an enjoyable one. By having a clearly defined accessibility strategy, we can continue to make decisions where accessibility for everyone is a key consideration – now, and in the future.

Improving accessibility

Accessibility is about more than just physical facilities; it’s our culture and attitude that sets us apart. Thus, when we talk about improving accessibility, we don’t just mean working with our team to make our physical venue more accessible for everyone.

We also are committed to working with our community, customer base, and visitors to learn from feedback and grow as an inclusive events venue. This means we have pledged to:
