Technology offers a treasure trove of tools to make events more accessible. Our in-house production team have a wealth of experience working with clients to remove participation barriers and facilitate engagement.

Here are some of the services we can provide additional to your venue hire package. Your production manager will take you through this in more detail during the event planning process.

  • Assisted listening infrared headsets are included within the hire package for events taking place in the Auditorium and arena and are available at an additional cost in all other spaces. This equipment is particularly helpful in ensuring that people with hearing loss enjoy improved sound quality in various settings.
  • Our team can facilitate the provision of captions via Microsoft 365 or PowerPoint. This will ensure all attendees are able to fully participate in event sessions and understand what is being said.
  • We offer simultaneous translation services in any language, whether that be on-site or for delegates dialling in online. This is vital for events attracting international audiences and leads to deeper engagement with the speaker and the ideas presented.
  • British Sign Language interpreters are also available on request, and our production and events teams can work with you to facilitate this within your event programme.
