The ACC Liverpool Group, manages Liverpool’s world class campus ACC Liverpool, home to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and the M&S Bank Arena, as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world class provider of venue and event services.
We are looking to recruit a Guest Relations Advisor to join our front of house team. Reporting into the Guest Relations Manager, the successful candidate will provide all visitors to The ACC Liverpool Group with a warm and friendly welcome.
Our Guest Relations team are at the very forefront of all we do. The team offer a full concierge service to all delegates and visitors, whilst also managing the numerous business centres located across the campus.
As a member of the team you would have direct influence on improving our delegate’s customer journey by providing excellent customer service at every given opportunity. You would be able to bring your creativity to work and advise and implement new and exciting customer service enhancements that would ensure that we remain the M&IT Gold winner for best UK conference centre.
