The ACC Liverpool Group, home to BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool opened in January 2008 and has established itself as a leading centre for conferences and entertainment.
We are looking to recruit a Guest Relations Advisor to join our front of house team. Reporting into the Guest Relations Senior Co coordinator, the successful candidate will provide all visitors to The ACC Liverpool Group with a warm and friendly welcome.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all visitors to The ACC Liverpool Group with information about the venue, its events and Business Centre Services as well as advising the visitors on facilities in the local area.
You will act as Host for the Club Class and Liverpool Collection Lounge and other Hospitality events.
You would be directly responsible for ensuring that all front of house areas are presented to the highest standard possible as well as ensure that 5 star customer service is provided at all times.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a front of house role in a 4/ 5 star environment. The ability to work as part of a team, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise work and multi task are essential for success in this role.
