An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Maintenance Co-ordinator with excellent IT and organisational skills to join our FM team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration for the FM team. 

In conjunction with the Facilities Management team, the candidate will be responsible for planning and arranging all external contractors site visits for both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and all reactive and planned maintenance works at ACC Liverpool.

The ideal candidate will have experience of facilities maintenance and contractor documentation such as, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), service report sheets, obtaining quotations, placing purchase orders, and goods receipting following delivery of materials or work completion.

The ability to work as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise work and multi-task are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT and organisational skills, demonstrate excellent customer service.
