Working For Us

Health and Wellbeing

We are committed to creating a positive, supportive workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. To achieve this, we have developed a comprehensive Wellbeing Strategy, supported by a three-year plan of initiatives and activities designed to continually enhance the wellbeing of our employees.

Our dedicated Wellbeing & Engagement Forum, made up of champions from across the organisation, plays a key role in driving this strategy forward. They help embed wellbeing initiatives into everyday working life, gather feedback, and bring fresh ideas that help strengthen our wellbeing culture.

Our strategy is built around four core pillars: physical wellbeing; social wellbeing; financial wellbeing and psychological wellbeing.

These pillars are supported by a range of meaningful benefits, including:

         Company-paid Medicash health cash plans

         Free annual onsite health screenings

Access to counselling and mental wellbeing support

         Regular, role-specific health assessments

         Enhanced sick pay

         Ill-health pension provisions

And much more designed to support our people in every area of life.

We are also proud to have around 30 trained Mental Health First Aiders across the organisation, providing confidential support and guidance to colleagues whenever they need it.

Our Wellbeing & Engagement Champions also help shape the way we celebrate key wellbeing moments throughout the year. Together, we choose national awareness days and wellbeing themes to recognise, such as National Fitness Day and Healthy Eating Week - and plan activities that bring our teams together in meaningful, energising ways.
