Who We Are

Facts and Figures

We have a pretty amazing campus – with venues including the ACC Liverpool Conference Centre, M&S Bank Arena, and Exhibition Centre Liverpool. But what makes us so impressive? Well, to put it in numbers, we’ve pulled together some of the facts and figures that make up our venues; including how many visitors we’ve had, how many events we’ve staged and much more besides…

IN THE BEGINNING

In our first year, we attracted more than 618,000 visitors to 269 events across the event campus, generating an economic impact of £207 million for the Liverpool city region. 

GLOBAL EVENTS

But these stats are just the start. Right up to the present day, our campus has attracted more than 8.3 million visitors to around 4,500 events across our entire site and generated £2.1bn in economic benefit for the local economy.

Since opening in 2008, we have consistently raised the bar in terms of our service offering – and want to assure you that you can depend on the award-winning team at The ACC Liverpool Group to help you deliver world-class events.

OUR AWARDS

We're proud to have won a variety of industry awards over the years, testament to the hard-work of our brilliant team, and dedication to provide world-class experiences for our clients.

  • ACC Liverpool was voted Best UK Conference Centre at the M&IT industry awards (for several years running) in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2021, and won silver in the same category in 2019 and 2020.
  • We were voted Best Venue under 8,000 sqm at the Exhibition News Awards in 2021, 2022 and 2024.
  • We also took home the Best Venue Delivery Team at the MIAList 2021.
  • ACC Liverpool won Best Conference Venue at the Conference Awards 2021 and 2024. 
  • We also took home Best Venue at the AEO Awards. 

All of these awards are a vote of confidence from the industry that the facilities and services at The ACC Liverpool Group really are best in class, and a testament to the high standards we have set to ensure that your event experience with us is the best it can be.
