Every exhibitor receives information and an exhibitor pack direct from the exhibition organiser, giving you all the contact details you need to keep in touch with the team, plus further information about loading in and out, exhibitor information on site.

Our Guest Relations team is here to support you during your time as an exhibitor. They understand the pressure on exhibitors and are here to help, whether you need to buy an extension cable, a recommendation for an important client dinner, or need some photocopying.

They provide fine food using local produce, with menus tailored to your event or selected from an extensive range of catering packages.
