Operations Support Coordinator

Salary: £20,981 - £23,312 per annum

Hours: 1950 annualised

The ACC Liverpool Group, manages Liverpool’s world class campus ACC Liverpool, home to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and the M&S Bank Arena, as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world class provider of venue and event services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Support Coordinator with excellent IT and organisational skills to join our Operations team.

The successful candidate will be required to log information on calls, coordinate and communicate work requests, implement relevant actions in liaison with a number of different teams across ACC Liverpool. They will also schedule and programme all digital content for events at ACC Liverpool.

In conjunction with the Senior Operations Manager, assisting on the review of all support desk functions will play a key part of this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience of a fast-paced customer service / help desk role. The ability to work as part of a team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritise work and multitask are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT and organisational skills, demonstrate excellent customer service, and have the ability to multi-task a number of tasks at any one time.
