The ACC Liverpool Group operates the M&S Bank Arena, Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre Liverpool, The Pullman Hotel and ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.

We’re recruiting for a high performing Operations Lead to help our Ticketing business to continue to grow and succeed.

Customers and Clients are always at the heart of everything we do. We are looking to recruit a strong efficient operator who will;

- Shape and lead on the delivery of our ambitious product and project road maps. 

- Ensure the team are getting the most out of the applications and tools available to them in the fulfilment of their roles.

- Have a thorough understanding of the fundamental drivers of Ticket Quarter and our client’s businesses from an organisational, commercial and strategic perspective.

You should have:

- Commercial awareness and understanding of Client business needs and financial performance drivers for Ticket Quarter.

- Be a great communicator who can share knowledge, experience and best practices.

- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas.

- Be adaptable to change, whilst being able to challenge effectively.

- Experience operating in a fast paced environment.
