The ACC Liverpool Group operates the city's waterfront event campus – the interconnected M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool - as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter and the Pullman Liverpool Hotel. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world-class provider of venue and event services.
We are currently looking to recruit a Compliance and Procurement Coordinator to join our team.The successful candidate will facilitate compliance with documented internal procedures and controls to minimise business risks.
The role will involve supporting the Heads of Departments in ensuring all key event and corporate processes are mapped with key controls identified and taking an active part in the continuous review, development and improvement of systems, processes and services across the business. The ideal candidate will have experience of monitoring and auditing to ensure adherence to standards, including legal compliance and GDPR.
The successful candidate will also support the business with transactional procurement activities including purchase order related queries and maintenance of the contracts register and supplier database.
