The ACC Liverpool Group, manages the city’s world class campus venue ACC Liverpool, home to BT Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre Liverpool and Echo Arena, as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world class provider of venue and event services.

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Event Technician to join our expanding Production Team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in all things technical, with a desire to learn about sound, lighting, projection and other technical disciplines.

The role involves working with our in-house team on internal and external events, and will lead onto direct interactions with a wide variety of clients, production companies and Senior Management; as such a proactive attitude, good communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the success of this role. Some previous experience of technical equipment would be considered advantageous but not essential as on the job training and experience will be offered as part of the role.
