The Property & Home Show, Liverpool’s only property and home show, will be the first exhibition to take place at the Echo Arena in 2008, and it is the city’s biggest and most comprehensive property and home show to date. Split across five zones: finance and legal services, property development and agents, homes overseas, interior and exterior plus a designer shopping arcade, it will have professionals on hand to offer you specialist advice. It’s everything you need to know about property and homes under one roof!

This two-day show takes place in the year Liverpool is crowned European Capital of Culture, a perfect opportunity to invest in the city. To further help answer any concerns you may have about property or the home, The Property & Home Show will also run a series of seminars featuring a variety of topics such as buying at auction, to let, and off-plan, plus guidance on shared ownership and tips on planning wills and inheritance tax.

It all happens on the weekend of Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 March 2008, with over 150 leading property companies ready to help you whether you’re a first time buyer, or wishing to progress up the property ladder, wanting to invest in property, or simply wanting to improve your home, it’s all here for you!
