With events now reliant on internet provision, ACC Liverpool offers Wi-Fi access throughout the building. From communal areas such as the coffee shop in the galleria, to exhibition halls, break-out conference rooms and the auditorium - Wi-Fi access is complimentary and widely available. In addition as delegates of ACC Liverpool, you are welcome to use the E.On Business Centre for internet and other office-related services (charges apply).
You can park in our on-site multi-storey car park which has 1,600 car parking spaces, 79 of which are accessible spaces, found on each level. The Liverpool Waterfront car park is open 24 hours a day and there is a maximum 2.1m vehicle height.

The nearest cash machine is located in the lower galleria of the BT Convention Centre which does not charge for withdrawals. There are also two cash machines in the Exhibition Centre Liverpool. There are a selection of cash machines and banks located in the city centre, which is a 10 -15 minute walk from the venue.
Guest Relations situated on the galleria can book your transport on your behalf. The taxi rank is situated on the river-side of the BT Convention Centre.
By bus -The express bus service route 500 will take approximately 25 minutes, dropping you off within a five-minute walk of ACC Liverpool.
By train - A taxi from the airport to the city centre will take approximately 20 minutes.
By rail - Liverpool South Parkway is the closest rail station to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and is located approximately 2 miles from the airport itself. If you’re flying from Liverpool John Lennon Airport then book your train tickets in advance at tpexpress.co.uk and you could save over 50% on the usual ticket price.
By train - ACC Liverpool is a 20-25 minute walk from Lime Street Station or alternatively a ride in a taxi takes around 15 minutes. You can also swap at Lime Street onto the underground Wirral Line to James Street station, which is only a 10 minute walk from ACC Liverpool.
By bus - You can catch the city link bus – C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 – which run every 12 minutes and stops on the riverside of ACC Liverpool.
From à la carte to a sharing platter, indian, italian, steak and seasonal specialities - the Albert Dock is home to some of the best restaurants and bars in Liverpool, in a stunning waterfront setting. East Z East (indian) and Pizza Express (italian) are situated just opposite the Echo Arena and Jury’s Inn (situated opposite the Echo Arena) and Pullman Liverpool (next to Exhibition Centre Liverpool) both have a restaurant located within their establishment. Liverpool ONE has a range of restaurants and cafés available, including thai, british, french and american, all within a 15 minute walk from the ACC Liverpool Group.
Adjacent to the BT Convention Centre is the Liverpool Wheel which provides excellent views of the city. The Albert Dock is home to a variety of shops, cafés and restaurants as well the Beatles Story Exhibition, Tate Art Gallery, International Slavery Museum and the Merseyside Maritime Museum. Yes feedback forms can be found at the Guest Relations desk in the galleria. Otherwise please ask a member of staff and they will be happy to provide you with a form - you can hand them straight back to a member of staff or alternatively send it back in the post. We would like to reassure our delegates that your safety is always of the absolute utmost importance to us.
We want to ensure you have an enjoyable experience when you come to ACC Liverpool and that you remain safe.
We constantly review and monitor all of our security and safety procedures across all of our venues. Some of this happens behind the scenes. For example we work closely with Merseyside Police and our event organisers to ensure the appropriate security checks and requirements are in place.
We have a team of dedicated security and stewarding staff who are highly trained and experienced. In addition, you may see police officers at our site.
Every visitor who comes to ACC Liverpool will have their bags searched. We therefore ask you to consider keeping bags and possessions to a minimum. We would also ask you to consider the size of your bags, no larger than a laptop bag is advisable. Please note that large bags and suitcases will also be searched.
Sniffer dogs may be seen around the venue prior to and during events. Again they are an additional measure to contribute to your safety.
We ask you to remain vigilant. Please alert our stewards if you notice anything you feel uncomfortable with. Your safety and your enjoyment areparamount to us.
