Auditorium

The flexibility of our facilities makes the BT Convention Centre a unique setting for conferences. Choose from three different-sized spaces for your delegates: the impressive main auditorium comfortably seats 1350; two drums – unique in England – also revolve, dividing the space into up to three separate, self-contained spaces of 250 (x2) and 850 seats.

As with the rest of our facilities, the auditorium is accessible to all visitors. Conference speakers who require wheelchair access to the stage can enter from a level entry point at the front of the auditorium and extra seats can be taken out to provide more space at the front of the stage. Each seat in the auditorium has a writing tablet.

The auditorium’s facilities also include seven backstage rooms for speakers’ use throughout the conference, including toilet and shower facilities and meeting room-style spaces.
