We provided full production for the conference and had 39 technicians on site every day, plus three production managers to run the event.
We also delivered speaker preview and the use of embedded voting across the site as well as creating an internet zone consisting of iPads for delegates to use.
Screens and footage
Services included two plenary spaces and 18 breakouts rooms. The plenary spaces made use of 12m x 4m super wide screens to display both PowerPoint and camera feeds. We recorded all footage from the plenary sessions which was available post event. Read our full case study here.

High profile keynote speakers from across all political parties and health care organisations came together to speak at this flagship NHS event.
D-End plenary setup
A bright, innovative and colourful stage set was delivered in the arena, alongside a host of traditional and new technological services, such as interactive voting via delegates own devices.

Year on year support
The production team at ACC Liverpool have supported National Cancer Research Institute production since 2010, having increased the level of support provided each year to now offer a full production service.
Our 12m screen was fed with two 14,000 lumen Christie projectors which then supported a range of HD sources which we streamed live as well as putting to screen.

An overnight production build was required ahead of the IFB Dinner and on the evening, a video link to pre-recorded footage of the prime minister was set-up and managed by our team. Read our full case study here.
We provided full production services and equipment for all areas. For example, we created bespoke content and displayed it on a 12m 3:1 ratio screen using two 20,000 lumen HD projectors, blended using Barco’s state of the art E2 system.
Break out spaces
We also created 13 concurrent break out spaces and a silent theatre session in the foyer. In addition, six speaker technicians received more than 500 presentations to upload across five open days
