ACC Liverpool's in-house technical team has named the kit used in its in-house production event for the British Dental Association.
The event featured several high profile presenters from around the world with specific AV requirements.
The ACC Liverpool team built two main plenary halls with bespoke stage sets and large 12m wide 3:1 ratio projection screens. Using its in-house vision equipment, supplemented by Barco projectors and Analogue Way switchers, they provided high resolution visuals for the conference.
The event also featured lighting designs from the in-house design team including a bespoke intro sequence for each session that combined a specially produced video & sound track with a subtle changing colour wash to illustrate the beginning of each session.
The team also provided digital signage throughout the venue, broadcasting the British Dental Association's Flash based ‘Conference Now' to over 65 plasma screens throughout the venue and on exhibition stands.
The screens provided live Twitter feeds from the delegates along with news from the conference and time lapse video of the exhibition build in the Arena.
Andy Searle-Barnes, production manager at ACC Liverpool said, 'The main challenge for us was to provide the production specifications at an affordable cost. We take a lot of pride in being able to offer professional and high quality solutions at great value for clients and by utilising our extensive in-house production and design team and the network of local suppliers we have, we were able to put together a package to meet the client's exact specifications at a price they could afford.'
