The ACC Liverpool Group may require certain details and Personal Data from you, including without limitation your name and email address. This means that the Information can only be exchanged between you,The ACC Liverpool Group and any third party to whom The ACC Liverpool Group decides to transfer the Information to for the purposes detailed above. In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. 

Except as expressly provided in additional terms of use for areas of the Website, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The ACC Liverpool Group with respect to your use of the Website. Where such areas are subject to additional terms of use, by using such areas or any part thereof, you agree to be bound by such additional terms applicable to such areas. 

For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these terms and conditions shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any terms contained herein.
