ACC Liverpool Limited is an independent company with responsibility for managing the BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena on behalf of Liverpool City Council. Liverpool City Council is the sole shareholder in ACC Liverpool Ltd and the company has its own Board of Directors, populated by both Liverpool City Council representatives and independent non-executive directors. 

Bob Prattey is Chief Executive of ACC Liverpool Ltd; Gerald Andrews is Director of Finance. Jacquie Rogers, Tim Banfield and Phil Pickett are the General Mangers of the BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena and Operations respectively.

In ACC Liverpool’s turnover is £12.5 million per year.

Since opening, ACC Liverpool hosted more than 700 events, welcomed 1,500,000 visitors and made an economic contribution to the city of over £400 million. £58million was generated alone in positive media coverage for the events held at ACC Liverpool in 2008 such as the MTV Europe Music Awards, BBC Sports Personality of the Year and the World Firefighter Games.
